Favorite book: All of the Harry Potter books. 

Favorite place in the world: Paris and surfing Rincon in Ventura, California. 

Favorite family tradition: Making group lists of all of the fun things we want to do (on a weekend, over the summer, over springbreak, etc…) and checking them off the list!

Paul is a solutions oriented leader who is working every day to build capacity in individuals and teams focused on the public good. He is passionate about strategy, execution, and systems change.  He is a listener, learner, and leader who believes that the mission of public education is to develop the capacity through teaching and the knowledge through research to solve the world’s most intractable problems and to ensure that everyone can fully participate in this brave new world.

Over the years Ashoka Youth Years US has partnered with over 50 corporations to encourage tens of thousands of young people to become changemakers and grow changemaking culture within their businesses.


Youth serving organizations in our network value changemaking culture for their employees as well as the young people they work with.  They help grow changemaker mindsets in their employees and provide opportunities for youth to practice empathy and changemaking at various points in their day.
